Trackside Log for Wednesday, February 24, 1999

This was the day I exposed my first roll of slide film. I actually got pretty lucky for the first photograph. Train 500 east on the Canadian Pacific Galt Subdivision was led by SOO 6402. As it came to pass, this was the last time it would travel the subdivision. Immediately after I saw it the locomotive made its way to Calgary and was retired. After sale to National Railway Equipment it became GCFX 3071.
