Trackside Log for Tuesday, January 3, 2006

It was back to work in Toronto and thus back on Via train 90. CN train 331 wasn't far behind us.

• 0716 dep St. Catharines - Via 90 west - VIA 900
• 0734 arr/0736 dep Grimsby - Via 90 west - VIA 900

While stopped at Grimsby an eastbound CN freight blew past. I have no idea which train it was.

• 0809 arr/0813 dep Aldershot - Via 90 east - VIA 900
• 0825 arr/0828 dep Oakville - Via 90 east - VIA 900
• 0853 arr Toronto - Via 90 east - VIA 900

Once again I was off to work.

After the typical bag of giggles it was back on train 95 to go home.

• 1820 arr/1824 dep Aldershot - Via 95 west - VIA 915

• 1914 arr/1920 dep St. Catharines - Via 95 east - VIA 915

It was a pretty flawless ride tonight; I'm impressed. After the train I headed for food.
